NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

 

Definition

“Working days” refer to Monday to Friday except Saturday and Sunday and national holidays.

“Proof of delivery” refer to delivery document that specifies date, time, place of delivery and the recipient’s signature. 

 

Merchandise Value and Liabilities

  • The company reserves the right not to deliver orders with incomplete shipping address
  • The company shall be fully liable for the amount paid by the buyer should there are any losses or damages arising out of delivery
  • The company reserves the right to withhold any delivery charges if the merchandises are rejected at delivery. Delivery must be accepted or rejected as a whole (all items), not by item.

Shipping of oversized or installation needed items

  • Oversized item means item weighs more than 20 kg or item of which package dimension is higher than 20 cm according to the dimension formula (width x length x height) / 5,000
  • Shipping and installation of oversized item will be carried out directly by third party seller according to a standard installation of the seller.
  • You will be contacted by the seller to schedule delivery and installation date within 3 working days after the order is confirmed. Delivery will be within 7-14 days subject to delivery term of the item.
  • Some merchandise may involve delivery surcharge based on weight or dimension of the item. Please check the fees and surcharges on checkout page before checking out.
  • For any item that requires installation, the seller will be responsible for the warranty (if any). Please review the seller’s policy and conditions before checking out.

 

Remarks

  • The company reserves the right to deliver merchandises only within the delivery area as specified in Delivery Area
  • Delivery staff may contact you for more details of the delivery route.
  • In an event of natural disaster along the delivery route, the delivery may be delayed. Delivery staff will contact you in advance should there be such a case.
  • Change of delivery address cannot be done after the order is completed and confirmed.
  • Certain merchandise requires the age of the recipient to comply with the regulation. The ID card of the recipient will be required for checking prior to delivery.
  • If the merchandise(s) is(are) rejected at delivery, the company reserves the right to withhold the delivery charges.

Delivery Guarantee

  • Please sign the delivery form and keep it as reference in case you wish to return the merchandise
  • Return or exchange of any merchandise is accepted only if it is the company’s fault
  • The company’s liability is limited to the paid value of the faulty item(s)

 

Cash on Delivery

 

Cash on Delivery Service is accepted by “CASH” only.

  • Oversize product or installation requirement are not supported with Cash on Delivery service.
  • Order which made under minimum order purchasing is required delivery fee

Remarks

  • Bulky or heavy items may be subject to delivery surcharge. Additional information can be found on the item page.
  • Product will be delivered from Monday to Friday. Order after 5 P.M. will be processed next day. Certain items may require time to be produced/assembled (Pre-order), therefore delaying the delivery period.
  • Packages weight more than 3 kg or width + length + height more than 100 cm will not be available for Same-day and Next-day delivery
  • Click & Collect service is not supported Cash on Delivery service.
  • Cash on Delivery service is not allowed for purchasing order over R10, 000.
  • Cash on Delivery service is not supported with The 1 point redemption.
