Merchandise must be returned within 30 working days from the date the item is received to the date the item is returned to “Click & Collect” Service Point, or the postmark date of item returned to Return Center. If you have received the wrong item(s) in your order or have received defective/ broken item(s) of your order or if your order has disappeared during delivery, new item(s) will be delivered to you free of charge within 7 working days upon the date the item(s) reached Return Center.

How to Return

  1. Contact Nomisful Store Call Center 011 037 6441 or email contact@nomisfulstore.com to process return or exchange request
  2. You will be received the phone call to confirm that you are requesting to change or return
  3. Please print the Return Note and fill return detail link
  4. Please pack the item(s) you wish to return and put the Return Note in the return package
  5. Return the package to Return Center by 2 options below

1) Click and Collect Point at Nomisful Store

2) Post Offices

  • Ship your item with completed Delivery Note to Central Group Online Ltd., 888/7-8 M.7, Bangpla, Banplee, Samutprakarn 10540
  • Small packages (less than 20 kg) – including packages with the result of 20cubes (1) or less can be returned to “Click & Collect” Service Point or any Post Offices
  • Large packages (more than 20 kg) – including packages with the result higher than 20cubes (1), please contact Nomisful Store Call Center to schedule a pick-up

Return assessment process

Return assessment process takes 5-7 working days from the date items are shipped from returning channels to the Return Center. In some cases, the assessment process may take longer than 7 working days.

Return Shipment Cost

  • Shipping fee can be reimbursed for returning via Postal Office near your resident, provided that the item(s) returned with the change of mind, the company reserves the right that the shipping fee can be reimbursed after 30 days
  • Shipping fee can be reimbursed, provided that the item(s) returned are according to the above mentioned (See more details in Return Policies & Conditions)
  • Items sold by third party merchant can be returned with full refund, but not exchanged, provided that the item(s) is/are in the above mention condition
